The Hong Kong Web Society organises the 13th annual international conference on web-based learning ICWL in Tallinn, Estonia from 13^th to16^th August 2014. The program of the conference consists of keynote addresses, workshops, panels, posters, demos and industry track, in addition to presentations of refereed papers that have been selected by the international program committee.

You can take part at the conference by organising a workshop, submitting a paper or poster, or registering for regular participation.

The conference will include many different topics like personalized and adaptive learning, game-based learning, E-learning platforms and tools, cloud-based learning, pedagogical issues and many other Technology Enhanced Learning related subjects.
