The “3rd Science projects workshop in the Future Classroom Lab - Global-excursion final event” took place in Brussels, Beligium from 14th to 16th February 2014. The the workshop aimed at representing the projects results, including projects’ main access point ViSH (Virtual Science Hub) bringing together science teachers working on different projects funded by the European Commission to discuss and exchange ideas.
Running in parallel with Scientix and inGenious workshops, Go-Lab workshop on the future federated labs portal addressed teachers from different countries concentrating on:
- In-depth introduction to the Go-Lab Online Lab Repository and the Portal
- Introduction to the inquiry learning cycle
- Creation of learning scenarios using an online laboratory
The workshop was received extremely positive by the participating teachers and many applications and competition entries for the teacher contest are expected from Greece, Germany, Belgium, Cyprus and Spain.
