I get a pop-up window to tell me that “This ILS has already been published” after I click the publish button in Graasp. But I noticed that I have not published this Graasp ILS to Golabz before. Shall I click “Create New” or “Update”?

Solution:

Please click “Update” and you will land in the ILS metadata input page in Golabz. Please edit and add the metadata and click the “save” button after your editing job.

The cause of this problem is: Golabz has its own publishing system, but Graasp also marks the ILS as published once the data has been sent to Golabz (whether the user completes the publishing process is unknown). Thus, Graasp has noted down that more ILS are published. We are in the procedure of cleaning up the Graasp ILS database. Before the database is cleaned up, please use this solution to the problem.
